Together, we bring over 60 years’ experience working in the disability, aged care, health, community and training industries across public and non government organisations.
With comprehensive knowledge of sector reform agendas and the operating environments for the health, aged care, community and human service sectors. We bring strong industrial relations experience across these industries and apply our experience to find creative solutions to workforce problems including development of EBAs.
We’re skilled negotiators with experience in working with unions and regulatory bodies to deliver results for business.
We bring extensive experience in all areas of transactional human resource management and compliance.

Marcia Baron (MAHRI)

Marcia has worked as a senior manager with over 30 years’ experience in development and delivery of services both in corporate and human service environments. Starting her career as a registered psychologist, Marcia developed and delivered a range of community and allied health services to varied client groups including the training sector. Marcia’s experience in service delivery roles provides a practical and grounded understanding of the service environment and challenges.
She has worked across a number of industries including vocational training and management of an RTO, hospitality, tourism and human services building her expertise in job services design and organizational development.
Marcia has strong industrial relations experience across these industries and can apply her experience to find creative solutions to workforce problems.
Marcia is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and was a member and chair of the Victorian Workforce Advisory Committee for National Disability Services and a member of the National Workforce Committee for NDS.

Terrie is a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI). Terrie holds a Master of Business Leadership, Grad Dip in Ausland (Language), Grad Dip in Health Services Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment along with other HR and OHS qualifications.
She has a broad background in general management and extensive experience in human resources and industrial relations. She has worked in the health and community services, disability and aged care sectors, in senior management and leadership roles for over 30 years in both metropolitan and rural Victoria.
Terrie has experience in workplace culture and workforce planning.
Terrie was a member of the NDS Victorian Workforce Advisory Committee.
Principal ER/IR Specialist
An experienced tertiary qualified employee and industrial relations specialist who also holds qualifications as an accredited mediator.
Michele has considerable experience in all aspects of employee and industrial relations including enterprise bargain negotiations, organisational change, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, workplace training, advocacy and representations before the Fair Work Commission.
Her practical and grounded experience encompasses a wide range of sectors including health, aged care, disability, as well as public and private sector agencies.
Michele is an experienced practitioner and advocate who is able to provide sound management advice on a wide range of HR maters with a particular emphasis on employee – employer relations, leadership and the identification of strategic avenues for bringing about and sustaining cultural change.
Helen is a tertiary qualified Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) professional, experienced in OHS management. She is qualified in Ergonomics and Occupational Hazard Management. Helen is member of the Safety Institute of Australia, the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Australia. She has experience in a range of workplace environments ranging from large multi-national environments at both corporate and site levels in manufacturing, food manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, product design (ergonomic applications) and the community/caring sectors of Aged Care & Disability.
Helen’s strengths include a collaborative approach with systems and compliance, change management and developing safety cultures. She is results oriented, curious and passionate about OHS. Helen enjoys assisting organisations to create and achieve safer sustainable workplaces.
Anne has over 30 years’ experience in the Health, Human Services and Community sector. Anne holds a broad range of qualifications and is an Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Managers. She has been responsible for leading organisations in areas such as strategic planning, service and program reviews, policy development, change management, stakeholder relationships, developing and writing reports and tenders.
Anne has successfully led change through the transfer of HACC services from Local Government to a community based health service. She has also undertaken work in a redesign improvement role at a rural hospital/health network that included planning for amalgamation of the food and cleaning services and articulation of business improvement processes across the organisation.
Isha brings her lived experience of disability to MyTeam Services delivered by People & Culture Solutions. Isha is an experienced advocate who has presented at numerous community and national conferences including authoring a paper published in disability-related magazines and newsletters and an international professional journal based in the UK.
As a parent experiencing disability service providers in the pre NDIS roll out as well as the new NDIS environment, Isha is a champion of self-managed support options. She understands how to translate individual Plans into service options that give real choice and control to people with disability.
Isha is skilled in assisting participants and their families to put in place a plan and supports to achieve and maintain the good things in life. She understands the importance and benefits of community inclusion, belonging and contribution to community. These life changing values underpin her approach and practice.
Isha has experience in planning and direct employment of workers and can assist participants with advice on all matters impacting on establishing and maintaining their support teams.
